Nibberway makes every effort to fulfill on-time delivery for all orders of its customers .
For worldwide dispatch & delivery ; GCC and other international countries it will take approx. (12-15) business days from the date of placing the order .

“Nibberway“Is not responsible for any delays in shipments / delivery due to missing or wrong address information provided by the customer . Or any extra charges held in case of miss information or the courier didn’t get answer when customer been contacted .
Nibberway entrust & carefully selected reliable couriers for all domestic & international deliveries. 

Please note that the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on local customs legislations of destination country . Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays. If any order is out of stock, shipping may delay between 10~20 days so we can produce the new item by our factory, customer can choose full refund after purchase if any order is out of stock and don’t want to wait this long ( first 48 hours after receiving the email ) 

* Refund and Exchange of damaged item

Nibberway does not accept exchanges or refunds, it's a final sale policy. Unless the item you have received is wrong .
- Wrong returned item, must be in its original package form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached .

Providing clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line.
Nibberway will get back to you as soon as possible.
- After positive reply form Nibberway for the same , Items must be shipped back to Nibberway at your own expense & out within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return has been received ,inspected and got accepted, Nibberway will email you to let you know when the refund proceed .
- Refunds might take up to 10 business days to be credited into your bank account ( the same method of your payment ONLY )

* Alterations to Terms of Service and Conditions

Nibberway reserves the right to make update and/ or change or its website, policies, terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review at any time and check Nibberway website periodically for changes.Your continued use of or access to Nibberway website or the service following posting of any changes to conditions and terms of service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
